Went out for a half hours run this morning after a somewhat sweaty nights sleep! Wow it was warm even at 8.30 managed 4.25k which was fine!

Excellent!

I'm aiming for a gentle cycle ride and maybe a short jog in the evening. You can enjoy your day knowing you've done your run already! 😁😁😁👍

I am so happy to know that you enjoyed your own "parkrun" today, you look so happy in that photograph after the run, do you run parkruns on a Saturday morning?

Only on Saturdays 9am everywhere in UK you won’t be far from one!

Yes, 9am in England and Wales, parkruns start at 9.30am in Scotland and N. Ireland, Lexi6 told me that in New Zealand parkruns begin at 8am.

Oh that’s interesting! Actually 8am would suit me as I wake up so early these days!
