Just done number six park run a new pb in 38'03! Hard to believe that Park Run 1 at end of April was 50 minutes+. Every week (so far) I have a new pb. However, improvement this time was only 20 seconds. My plan is 35 minutes by November.

That's great a big difference in a very short time. Your target for November is more than achievable so good luck and keep chipping away, what satisfaction we all get from new PB's, very well done. :)

I know that progress will be slower now. A second here or there but I am eager to be 37 minutes + next time. When I started on plan my intention was 36 minutes by April 2015. Family suggest a target of 36minutes by November as more realistic.

Amazing progress and I think it's great that you can measure this as you've come from Week 1 to today... You must be a few weeks away yet from graduation (?) so I'm sure those times will come slowly but surely down... great stuff!

I ran my third Parkrun on Saturday and I'm chipping away at those times too. I'm aiming at 35 minutes and seem to get a PB each week. So far it's been 37:36, 36:47, 36:14. At least I'm the fastest old lady!

Amazing times. I am nearly always last to finish. Not sure when I will graduate as still stuck in week 6 of the programme.

Move on to week 7 then. I was 63 when I started C25K and couldn't run for 60 seconds. I trusted the programme and moved on week by week and finished in the nine weeks. I'm still totally amazed as I was the laziest person imaginable! I had lost a stone on the 5:2 Diet youtu.be/W9Aj6hRYg4A and needed an outlet for my new energy and C25K fitted the bill. I then went on to lose another two stone and have kept it off since April 2013 by using the three graduation podcasts and fasting (up to 500 calories) one day a week.

Wow well done you! I have just completed my first park run in 57 mins, but seeing how you have improved your time so much has inspired me to go back again and have another go! :)
