I did my first park run yesterday and enjoyed every part of it, even the wee hills! I ran it in 40 mins which I was happy with but the best bit was how much I enjoyed it, even tho the weather was damp and misty the atmosphere was great. Going back next week for another one! I actually felt like a runner yesterday and it was awesome.

Glad to hear that you have ran your first parkrun with a good time of 40 minutes, I hope you enjoy next weekend Saturday morning park run as well as you enjoyed yesterdays.

😂 Thanks folks, it's true the more people you tell less chance of not doing it! However I think I may be hooked!
