It's just too hot and humid even at this hour, called it time at 22.5 mins. Tried a new route which has upset my shins by going down a big hill. Fiance tripped over yesterday when we attempted it so had to stop then too.
I'll get on to week 8 eventually! 🙄😟

You ran, so not a fail; and it's 22.5mins further than you could haveanaged a few weeks ago. Just keep focusing on the positives. There's no time limit to doing this plan, and you've already come a long way.
Just chalk it down to one of those that wasn't quite meant to be, we all have them, and carry on.
