Week 3 Run 3

Out at 6.30 am not as early as my last run but not bad for a Saturday morning. The bonus was that the sun was shining and it was perfectly still. Good news for the thousands of revellers at Creamfields just down the road. Not many of them up this early I bet, though maybe a few just heading to their tents.

But to my run. It didn't feel as good as the last one felt I had to work harder than last time. But I have done it and completed week 3. A third of the way through. Running for 30 mins seems a long way off. But in the programme we trust. And to paraphrase a football manager's cliche I am taking it one run at a time and not looking any further forward than my next run. That way I will reach my goal.

Had a bit of a mis function with the app so had to rely on my phone for the timings. Maybe I missed the music and Laura which was why it seemed tougher.

Have a great weekend

Good running.

Sounds great.. thick fog here, but burning away quickly!

You are obviously enjoying this:) Is there a Festival at Creamfields?

Yes it's a big dance festival started Thurs ends Sunday we here the bass all night if the wind is in the right direction which it was last night. Not that we mind. Today they will have some competition as there will be a peal attempt at the village church, that's over 3 hours of continuous ringing. Heavy metal.

Great for getting to the end of wk3. 30 minutes non stop running may seem a long way off but you're putting in all the hard work to get there. Well done 😊😊

Very well done! I much prefer early morning runs.

I can confirm in my case you can trust the programme. Don't look too far ahead and trust Laura, if she tells me I can do it, I totally believe her

Btw I suspect a number of the Creamfields crowd are just going to bed after a full night's revelling 😊
