First run for 18 days 😊

I was good and waited until my knee didn’t hurt. I decided not to push it so just did a slow 20 minutes, which is only my second run since graduating. It went well and was pain free, just feeling a tiny niggle now. I’ve got a physio appointment next week, but hopefully back at it, planning another 20 mins Sunday and see how I go.

That sounds very promising. Great job keeping it slow and gentle... same again on Sunday and hopefully the physio will be impressed. Happy running.

Great, you are being sensible doing shorter slow runs . Hope your physio goes well 😊
