Well just completed my first run/walk... have to say I felt very dizzy by the end as I’m soooo unfit, but feel better for it

Congratulations on making a start, well done. If poss, make sure you have some 'fuel in the tank' before you go out for your next session, I find a LIGHT snack about an hour or more gives a bit more energy (might help with the dizziness). If you already do this, just stick with the programme and fitness comes along pretty quick. Good luck.

Welcome and great job getting started. Slow it right down and this dizziness should improve. You can do this, enjoy your journey.

I was the same. Got myself into a routine though. I get up at 5am. Drink a fair bit of water. one slice of peanut butter and wholemeal toast. Do the necessaries and by about 5.30am im out the door before the whole family is awake. Dont know if its the right way to go about it but it seems to be working for me. Just done wk2r3 which really isnt that far along but the improvements to myself and wellbeing are amazing so far.combined this with a healthy diet and no alcohol ive lost a fair bit of weight already. Keep at it you can do it.

That is exactly how I felt a week ago yesterday after my W1R1, by run 3 I was feeling much better about things and today I did my W2R2. I have taken my rest day between each run and cannot believe that I have ran 5 times now!!! Don't let it put you off getting back out there as for all I didn't truly believe it with each run you feel better about things.

Well done for starting and good luck!
