I started Couch to 5k in the New Year then got ‘distracted’ i.e. it started getting hard and I found excuses to do something else. Then I started gaining weight, so knew I had to get back into it. This time to make sure I wouldn’t quit, I signed up for a 5k at what would have been Week 10. We’ll, that was this weekend and I’ve only reached the end of Week 7... but I did it, so I’ve cleared the psychological hurdle. Now to graduate properly and get that time down!

Congratulations on completing your first 5k, not long now until you graduate.

Well done.
Stick to the plan for now and don't be tempted to do too much too soon.
