I’m going to run Week 3 run 3 tomorrow lunchtime at work - can’t believe how much I’m enjoying running! I’m 52 and have high blood pressure - on meds - have been for years - pretty much given up cigarettes and vaping and lost 13lbs so far - feeling great and the sense of achievement after any run is amazing! If anyone’s thinking it may not be for them, give it a try - you may be surprised at what you can achieve and really enjoy it.
If no-one minds, I’ll keep posting progress - I think I’ve bored my other half senseless now!!
