Well done! Im sure you'll do it - I managed a 5k today in 39min, which included me randomly running extra. Slow, but I'm dead chuffed! Aiming for a 35min by the end of the consolidation runs.
I repeated week coz I couldn't do 1min... took an extra week 5, took AGES to get from 20min to a comfortable 25min and apparently didn't really need the 25min-28min step (maybe coz I did lots of extra trying-to-get-to-25min?)!
That's a really good pace. I am nowhere near that fast; most people don't get near 5K in 30 minutes, so you should feel proud. Twice more and you're there.
