Consolidation run one

I wondered if we would be able to just run without Michael telling us how well we were doing. Well we can and we did😀

It’s still very warm and the sun peeked at us a couple of times and we grinned at the dog walkers and high fived at the end

Thank you everyone who has posted their runs and spurred us on

We’ve watched this strip of flowers grow and now the sunflowers are coming out it’s a lovely place to run

I ran today without Michael, today as I found his 5 mins announcements discouraging. My time was better. Win win

That’s brilliant, we enjoyed it but i was still concentrating on time i realized later that my fitbit tells me every kilometer so next time my phones going in my pocket and we will warm up run for 4 kilometers and walk the last one. We can’t do 5k in 30 minutes but we will one day
