Was planning on attempting stepping stones tonight but had second thoughts as had a long day work and tiring commute. Will be more mentally prepared on Wednesday.
I did however do my 9th consolidation run and covered 5.01km in 30mins, so I'm well chuffed. I also got a haircut today at last which I'm sure will help me to run faster for longerπββοΈπββοΈ.
Hope you are all well and progressing ππββοΈππ

An amazing 9th consolidation run, well done, great that you have had a haircut, I got word that my hairdresser is never going to open again, so from now on I will cut my hair when it gets really long, I am so happy that you enjoyed your run today. Surely that sub 30 minute 5K is just around the corner.
Morning Al yes a haircut at least, unlike you I don't possess the skills to cut my own hair! Yes sun 30 5k is near, I don't however want to aggravate my calf so will take it easy for a whileππββοΈππ΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ
For a guy of 74 I still have a reasonable amount of hair up top, yes I have thinned down a bit but the last time I was at my hairdresser in early March she told me I was NOT bald, hair growth is slower than it used to be so any hair that is annoying I just cut it off.
Good news! Have you listened to stepping stones? The tempo is sooo fast. I could hardly keep up with the walking, let alone running. Good luck
