If these are the NHS stepping stone, C25K+ podcasts then I think it says you do the first one three times, the second one three times and the third one three times. So 9 sessions in total. I don't know what happens after that? 🤷♂️

I'm sure I'm not going mad but I can't find that info now. Maybe it was revised on 30 Apr when the page was updated? Now it says "You can use these podcasts in any order and keep using them regularly to build up your speed and stamina, and maintain your fitness."
