Week 8 run 1 completed this morning. I was a bit nervous about running out of steam, so slowed it down a bit. This added a minute to my speed. 12’ 22” pm to 11’ 24” on last run. Yes, I know it’s dreadfully slow, but I’ll pick up speed and distance as I go.
C25k is an absolutely amazing training plan. I’ve got one of my daughters doing it now too.
