Week 7 run 1 and I did my 28min round the reservoir and could probably have done 30 if I'd pushed myself a bit. Still a slow coach but that's fine.

This is a realistic representation as the walking isn't included!

I may try a flat run next just to see how it compares.

Good to hear from you that you enjoyed your run today round the reservoir, was that run not flat?

It's doesn't have a huge gradient but it is undulating. My nearest on-road route is more down for a bit then a slow hill back. The "flat" route is totally flat.

I ran one of the 25 minute runs of week 6 or 7 of C25K round a resorvoir about 12 miles from where I live before I graduated, it was very flat and I am considering running a 5K there sometime in the future.

Great running... if you go on the flat you’re gonna really love it, hilly runs are really good training for them.
