W4R1 Complete...finally!

After two failed (read practise) attempts, repeating W3R3 and lots of motivation and tips from you lovely lot, I have just beaten my nemesis that was W4R1. Slowed it right down and pretty sure my running was slower than my walking but yay!

Great work. Slow is good... especially when going up in duration or distance... if you can run slower than you can walk it’s a good skill to have. This is all about beating the impossible, and slow is the way to make it merely challenging. Enjoy run 2.
