My first real 5K

Got up this morning and told myself, today you’re gonna run 5K, I’ve done 5k with the warm up and cool down walks included but really wanted to run the whole thing, anyway did a 5min warm up and a few stretches then off I went 38:18 later I had run a total of 5.14km!! All with the magical negative splits 😀😀😀 if you’d told me back in may when I started this that I would manage that, I’d think you were mad!! This truly is a fabulous program and the support on here has been fantastic, thank you all for being amazing 🤪🤘🤪🤘🤪🤘
