Glad to have found this forum. I built up to 5k with a running group a few years ago but let it slide so starting again. The sweat was pumping out of my face when I finished but I was smiling. My issue ( with fitness and diet) is a lack of consistency. Hoping this time it will be different - heading 50 next year and I want to focus on being my healthiest best!
