Into my second week. Although my running is very slow, and perhaps that is a good thing, I am pleased with my progress.

Slow is good , it's what will get you to the end of each run. Are you having rest days in between each run , just asking as you posted yesterday that you completed wk1😊

Yes I completed week one on Friday so building in rest days.
