Felt comfortable all weeks so far... despite many posts on here saying week 5 was a lot harder than previous... but despite completing the 20 min run that week no problem have really found week 6 tough... even though 2 of the 3 runs are shorter distances.
Guess I will need to repeat week 6 till it feels comfortable again.

If you’ve completed the run you’re ready to move on, even if it was hard! You can of course repeat if you want to. But lots of people get caught out on going back to shorter runs.
You can of course slow down! I saw this film in w6 and it changed everything for me!
