Week 6 Run 3

Well I did it. It was daunting when I was thinking about the run before hand. I just tried to pace myself and not think about how long I was running for. I managed to go for 2.65 miles this morning which I think was good. I am really buzzing about having got to this milestone and only in 6 weeks. Yet again my knee is still holding on in there. Bring on week 7.

Good luck with the knee. I found letting go of thinking about pace and distance actually improved both even though it felt like I was running slower.

Someone wrote in here a while back and I still think about it. Don't think I have to run for the next 25 minutes. Think if it as it's only 25 minutes of a whole day . Good luck 😊
