π. Was a bit worried but no problems. I run until the bell rings then I turn around, so I basically did 2 fifteen minute runs. It must be psychological but it doesnβt seem as challenging as the earlier weeks, or am I just getting fitter??π€·πΌββοΈ

30 minutes is not shorter than 28 minutes so yes, you must be getting fitter π
yes,i did like the bell,if you have done the first half you know you can do it again to complete.
