I just finished my second run after deciding to get into running. It was slower than my first and yet I felt a rejuvenating sense of accomplishment. I suffer from anxiety and some days it is a struggle to even appear in front of people nevermind run in their presence. I was at a low point and yet pushing through and finishing that run made me feel better, proud of myself.
I Will keep going!

It is unclear from your post whether you have actually done the C25K plan, which is what this site is primarily devoted to. Full details of the plan are in this guide. healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
If you have not run before it is highly advisable to build up your running gradually, which is what the plan excels at. Even experienced runners limit their weekly increase in training load by a maximum of 10% to avoid doing too much too soon. We can all do way more than our bodies are conditioned to do, but not without considerably increased injury risk.
A good training plan will keep your risk of injury minimal.
