After picking up a knee injury in December resulting in physio and re-starting C25K from scratch, decided a treat was in store. Knee strengthening exercises are now a daily addition not going down the injury route again.

I’ve got the Brooks GTS17 , they are almost worn out. So I’m going to have to invest in a new pair soon. I’m really happy with mine so might go GTS19 next. Next years model will be GTS20.

My GTS18s were great but have outstayed their welcome, GTS19s are completely different. I had to go up half a size. Brooks are a great company for customer service.
