Currently on the cool down of week 4 run 3, I feel great, first of the runs with no real stitch problems, just wandered if anyone has any general tips, honestly anything just to help my general runs, I have a bad knee and my physio suggested I do this to build strength, any suggestions to help my knee ? Or just anything ๐

Hi, well done on getting almost half way there. I found staying hydrated really helps and if anything aches/stitches or any breathing issues then I slow it down, then if needed slow down a little bit more! Also, every time I have a new ache the day after then I Google for eg: runners stretching exercises for hip discomfort and add it to my ever growing list for after the run! I'm assuming your physio gave you some for your knee...if not then there may be some on the pinned posts here or some NHS ones online. Good luck ๐
