Back at it after knee trouble

I completed couch to 5k last year and did 1 park run then shortly after I hurt my knee running could barley walk so I left running for a few weeks. I tried again a couple of times after that and my knee kept getting pain again under the knee cap.

Back again now completed week 2 run 2 today hoping the knee can hold it together still feels a bit weak.

Got loads more confidence this time as I know the plan works great

Welcome back... try the knee strengthening work in pinned posts and strength and flex programme, it did wonders for me, but start gently.
