There is no fail other than not starting the run. You started it... you were very close to completing it. Heat certainly doesn’t help, and hydration may not have been perfect by the sound of it... so we have two reasons the run was tougher... and then that stitch struck.

Have a look back to week 1 and be very proud of your progression... smile, relax and celebrate what you did run today.

This may help with the stitch runnersworld.com/uk/health/...

We all raise the bar for what we consider success too quickly! What you ran today will make you a better and stronger runner next tome out... that means it did its job... so it cannot be a failure. I’ve been struggling with the heat a lot... I have a few incomplete runs on my running plan, I’m having to get up early or run really late to get my long run in as that one I have to stay on top of. I was laughing at the fact I’m training for HM and came up a mile short on a 3 miler recently.

Not failed at all because you gave it a good go. The heat really does make running so much harder. Take a rest day and go and do the run you’ve just practiced.

You got out there and ran that’s not a fail a fail would be thinking about it and not going so well done. We found week 6 really tough

Don’t look on it as a fail - you had a stitch problem that just interrupted completion, that’s all. Have a rest and then another day it will work out. Seems to me lots of people find W6 tough - maybe we get excited and go faster? - who knows. But you’re still working your way through! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Don’t be hard on yourself - you got out and ran and that’s not a fail. And you learned a valuable lesson - hydration! If not time I had to abandon a run was hydration - felt like I ran out of petrol. Sip water through the day - rest days & run dats and you’ll be fine x

Get back on the horse and do it again. It wasn’t your day so stop beating yourself up about it. You’ll nail it next time 🏃‍♀️
