Where’s your favourite place to run?

Just completed W7 near Glastonbury. I’ve been fortunate in finishing each week somewhere different. My top three are Ryde on IOW, Ksamil in Southern Albania and Richmond Park. Heading to Kingston upon Thames Riverside tomorrow and hopefully finishing W9 with Porthcawl’s Park Run on the 17th. What’s your favourite place?

Wow Dai, you're getting around! I've only done local ones so far, quite fond of Aylesbury. It's flat, it loops around a beautiful meadow, and it's friendly. I'd like to run fountains abbey, it looks gorgeous, and I intend to run porthcawl next time I'm home visiting family. I was in Wales this weekend, even took my running gear, but it wasn't possible this time. Ah well.

Wow you have been getting around I only run at my local park and the streets now and again and Heaton park I’ve ran my local park is Hyde park Tameside happy running and well done to you 😉👏👏

I used to run Hyde park a lot when I was a kid... hopefully I’ll see you there when I do that parkrun

I don't have a favourite place as such to run but I find new routes keep running interesting 😊

On my speed runs, somewhere close to home! My regular runs I love my home parkrun course... but on my long runs, it doesn’t matter where I start, but that finish line is generally planned to be near a cafe... I earned a nice coffee and maybe a little reward.
