Final C25K run
I wish you the very best for your graduation and park run tomorrow morning. They say that you should run about 5/30 minute consolidation runs before running longer distances.
There is no rule, it just based on the idea that consolidation every few weeks after increasing your training load, is wise, rather than pushing on relentlessly.
This is discussed in the guide to post C25K running healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Enjoy your graduation run.
Enjoy your graduation run. Great way to finish the program on a park run
A couple of weeks consolidation at least.. 30 minutes.. shorter and longer too...new routes are brilliant... then.. try the C25K + podcasts.. challenging but fun...

Congratulations on reaching your graduation run! Take the Parkrun easy and don’t try to go too fast. Think about adding 10% a week to your distance with the aim of getting to 10k in a couple of months, although you might progress quicker than that. Have a look at the bridge to 10k forum and see what you think?
Hope it went well and congrats! My final run was yday so now thinking about how best to keep the running going now we are at this stage. Hope you had a great day and reflect well on your achievement. Well done
