WK5 R3 smashed

So I said goodbye to Sarah for a run and hello Michael, then thought it Saturday, what about parkrun. Thought id do the first 20 minutes running and then walk / run the rest.

What happened? I only went and completed Parkrun without a walk in 34:20.

Really happy with that. Back to Sarah on Monday with Wk6 R1 but in 35 degree heat.

Well done and I know you must be beyond happy. But from now on stick to the plan you don't want an injury that can put you out of running 😊😊

Congratulations on completing your first 5k Parkrun today, a little risky doing that before you graduate but nevertheless well done.
