Helping my granda and dad put concrete in down at my grandas. We moved away from Belfast 23 years ago. So I went for a wee run around where I used to grow up. I was coming to end of the run thinking this is just great. Put your trainers and just go and do it. Time doesn't matter, pace doesn't matter. Just doing it and enjoying it is what matters. I'm guilty at times of getting strung up in times etc. Get out and do it and appreciate that you can.
