There must have been some super strength positive energy leaping out of this community because I only went and bloomin did it! Having carefully picked a great running spot, got out early and had a good talk to the dog about standing in the way and suddenly stopping with no break lights, I stopped any negativity in its tracks today.
So, primed with virtual and real positivity off we went. I’ve been getting to about 4 then 4.5k and today I was so close that I carried on. Niggly knee was pain free but starting to feel tight and heavy at the end so I knew I needed to stop. But, 5k, thanks to the app and the community!
