Wow! W4R1 I did it. I was extremely nervous but I smashed it! I kept my pace and absolutely surprised myself by finishing. I feel relief and pride. 🥰🥰

There it is... great job. A lot of this is mental, running each run prepares the body for the next one... preparing the mind is a different thing. Keep the memory of this run and how great of felt to finish for the next time you feel the nerves. You’re right to be proud of yourself... and you’ll surprise yourself many times with your running. I too did W4R1 this week and couldn’t believe that I actually got through it. That feeling is amazing isn’t it? For a complete non-runner, thinking about running 5 mins made me break out in a cold sweat. Bizarrely I’m actually quite looking forward to R2 in the morning!
