Hi all , I completed C25k 2 weeks ago , but I developed hip pain . It’s sore after the run and if I rest it for a few days , it goes away . Do you also get hip pain ?

Have had exactly the same thing, giving it a week to settle down before running again

I’d rest the few days and then run a shorter slow run a couple of times and see how it reacts.

Last time around when I was running, I got sore hips and did "hip hikes" at the end of each run, after the cool down walk, and as part of my post run stretches (using the steps outside my front door). 10 each side. The hip pain went away, might be worth a try.
