Hi all, yesterday I did w3r3 and this morning my one knee is a bit painful, any advice? I thought I would pick up a knee support from the chemist today and wear that tomorrow?

Very normal in week 2 and 3. Ibuprofen 👍🏽 I took it an hour before running and at other times too and ran through but many say you should rest it. Tends to only last a week or so.

Thanks Tasha99. I was starting to worry I wouldn’t be able to keep running and it’s my vit if me time 😁

Yep, I had that too. I went crazy and bought a ton of supports but tbh, rest and ice helped the most.

Have you read the advice in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... on minimising impact?

Thanks have just had a little read and will do the warm down stretches after tomorrow’s run and I’ve bought a knee sleeve😁
