Don’t give up

Just wanted to give an update. I was on here last week a little disappointed that I had ‘failed’ wk4 r2 in the last minute. I wasn’t sure whether to repeat the run or put it down to heat and keep going. Well I kept going and completed week 4 without any further problems. This morning I started wk5 and did the first run and completed it. Okay I was out of breath and looked like a tomato but I DID IT. Bit scared about the next couple of runs but I now don’t mind if I don’t complete them as I will do them again and I will get there. So anyway thank you to everyone that gave me the little boost to keep going x

Well done, you did it! That's the magic of the plan 👍

If you can't complete a run, then by all means repeat it. It isn't a race to finish, this is your journey to being able to run for 30 minutes. Doesn't matter if you do it 9 weeks or 50! You've got exactly the right attitude for this. You can do it!

Thank you so much. I’m a working mum of 3 and I’m really enjoying doing something for myself that I can fit in around family and doesn’t cost the earth.

Well done. Go slowly and you’ll nail the runs. No hurry or pressure. Slow running is goooood

Fantastic! Just take each run as it comes, and do your best. If for some reason you are unable to complete it, just try again. You’re doing brilliantly. And Oldgirlruns is very prophetic. You will start lusting after shoes, socks, tops, leggings, even pants and bras! 🤣
