Well done, the first one is the hardest! Keep going and keep in touch here so we can all help.

I thought W1 was hardest as well. All I kept asking myself is why am I doing this? But now I’m only w4r2 but am looking forward to the runs even though they are tough. It feels so good to do more than you expected.

I never thought I'd be able to run for 20 mins straight only a few weeks ago. It's a good programme. You can do it! (I'm very heavy and hadn't run for about 30 years before starting). Don't be afraid to be very slow. Good luck!
