Well only two weeks behind schedule! I’m really chuffed! Thinking about park run now but I’m not covering 5k in 30 minutes yet. So think I’ll have a few weeks more practice!

Congratulations. That's fantastic! You should be so proud of yourself. I would just have a go at park run if you fancy it. 80% of people aren't doing 5k in 30 minutes by the end of c25k. I certainly wasn't and I'm still nowhere near and I graduated at the beginning of April. I've done three park runs now and while I'm always towards the tail end I'm never last. Even if I was it really wouldn't matter. It's a lovely supportive atmosphere celebrating what you can do! Go you!!

Oh, my son made me do(well not quite) one on Saturday, I did it, I wasn’t last. It was pouring with rain, I was in borrowed shoes, clothes, looked a sight, but I didn’t care. Everyone was so supportive. If you have a park run near you. Just do it. The commitment will spur you on. It has me, can’t wait for next Saturday. Good luck and well done.

Hi BCK, I hope you are keeping well, I didn't run a parkrun yesterday but this morning I ran a 6K along part of your 5K trail, the run was good after the disappointment of yesterday, I ran that 6K in 44.25 with the 5K split being 36.41using my metromone app at 162 steps a minute, next Sunday I will try for a 7K.

Congratulations on a fab achievement Bluebird. Running for 30minutes is all you had to do (all, did l really say ‘all’ when at the beginning running for 60seconds was a struggle?) Distance will come with time, there’s no rush. Enjoy celebrating & once again, well run graduate 👏👏👏🎓🥇🍾🥂
