Back after the horrible heat

Hello everyone,

Glad I took a break from running this week with the ridiculous heat in London. I completed my W7R1 this morning at a Festival so ran with a lot of people and it was so great to run in the rain and so fresh. I enjoy the experience so so so much when the temperature is less than 20.

Next run Wednesday.

That sounds amazing & a good idea to take a break in the heat last week - trying to get fit not turn into a husk!

Good decision on the heat as the aim must be enjoyment first. Pleased you enjoyed run with others. Well done on 7.1 hope Weds goes as well - it might even be raining for you.
