Today I really didn’t want to run but the habit is set

So after work and a cup of tea a bit of internet surfing and booking a holiday we set off

It was good did a few intervals of stretching out a bit to prove if we got puffed out we could drop back to snail run and recover

The flowers are more fully out and stunning

Love the wildflowers!! The council have planted them near me too and they are gorgeous. And I’ve enjoyed seeing them come out fully. I’ve always loved poppies and cornflowers from when I used to see them in fields when I was a kid.

Me too I love seeing changes every time we run and watching them grow I wonder if it’s a west sussex thing or right across the country

We have it in north devon too. So maybe across the country. There was something in Gardeners World about councils trialling it and how it helps a lot of insect’s and small creature’s habitats and how they are going to leave hem to seed themselves before mowing to enable more flowers in future years. Looking forward to it

Well done to both of you still going out even though you didn't want to . That photo would be beautiful in a frame or a canvas . I love flowers by the way 😊😊

Thanks Buddy, it’s been such fun watching them grow from seed

Oh we were just procrastinating it was when Colin said it’s raining out there that i realized if we didn’t go then we would cook dinner instead, only 1 more 25 minute run and we are on to 28 mins

Stunning indeed! Great job getting out despite not feeling like it. I find if I can just convince myself, I always feel good after.
