Frustrated !!

Just wrote my post but for some reason it did not upload !! Anyway I will try again. I have just done R2 of W3. I am actually 6 weeks into the program having repeated W1 3 times and W2 twice but this week I have managed all the runs. However I have noticed my distance has dropped. This morning I was half a mile under my previous weeks overall distance. I was hoping next week to go straight into W4 but wonder now if I should repeat W3 again until my distance improves. Any suggestions appreciated.

Don't worry about the distance, it's just the time that counts and to get to 30mins slow jog graduation.. you're doing great btw..

Thank you can’t wait until I can do the full 30 mins I know it’s achievable if a little daunting!!!

Purl 🦔 I wouldn’t get too concerned about times, speeds and distances at that stage in your C25K journey it’s more about physically and mentally building your resilience to do more running (or jogging in my case!) so if you feel like you can move on, do it!
