My wife says Im half a banana short of a picnic but thats not the point of this post.
I have half a banana about half an hour before I run.....I dont know if it makes any difference as I know some people who do parkruns etc and they dont have anything except water before their runs.
What do any of you guys have before a run if anything?

I was debating this with my husband the other day - I have a banana and a black coffee, glass of water. I don’t *think* I could do a fasted run. Well put it this way, I don’t think I would want to. May try one day though
