Did my second run of week 4 yesterday and failed to run the last minute. Is anybody else finding it really hard to do each week? I’m running really slowly too

Ok, first off, there is NO such thing as failed, you practiced the run, that's all.

With regards to week 4, maybe slow down a little, have a look at the Japanese slow running technique, there are people on here that use that method.

Slow and steady will get you to the end of your runs, 'belly breathe' and believe you can do it, you CAN do it, trust the program and yourself.

Yesterday in the heat? No wonder you struggled! I agree, we don’t use the word fail on here, some runs are harder than others you did everything up to the last run, that’s definitely not a fail. Slow is good!!

The weather is affecting many of us.. make sure you're hydrating well..all the time . Try to find a cool route and run early or run later...Slow and steady..:)

Not a fail, I think this heat is exceptional so it’s your body saying enough today thanks. It may stall it a bit and that’s frustrating but it’ll get cooler. And think how fast and furious we’re all going to be come autumn/winter 🏃🏻‍♀️💨 ...... that’s me running faster not..... well you know what it looks like! 🤪
