To anyone who was sleeping peacefully on their narrow boat this morning; woken by thudding, heavy breathing and the hissing of “Get on Enzo” I apologise unreservedly for waking you.

I did notice that many of you had got up and were making tea as I returned. Sorry.

But it was me (and Enzo hogging the towpath again) going for W8! It was not easy but I did it!
