Nearly there and today was my fastest time though slow by many people’s standards ! Just need to pick the right day for graduation run when it’s not 🥵 hot .. phew can’t believe I’ve progressed so well and following on from my other discussion it panned out at 4.1 kms ..happy 🏃♀️ 🏃♂️ everyone 😁

Well done on running your penultimate run of C25K, good luck for your graduation run, Try and run it as soon as possible to avoid the heat that is forecast.

Nothing wrong with slow! I'm currently running 3.5k in 30 minutes, so very slow, but still running!
Maybe wait until the midweek heat wave is over before doing your final run?!
