So I did 5k Race for Life. Bit stiff in all the wrong places afterwards, but that’s ok A couple of days later was bullied into a grownups race at grandkids school. It was a sprint. Ever since legs are stiff and achey all over. Question: rest, or run soon?

I would rest for a couple of days. Then once your legs are not aching go out for a nice relaxed run to get back into it again.

I would take a few rest days with just walking to loosen up those legs then try a run and see how you go. Well done you on the race for life and your sprint 😊
