Well started running outside this morning thought I could manage W3 and did so. feeling a bit happier about outside running now. Onwards and upwards

I love running outside and hope you grow to too. Seeing birds and animals around is a nice distraction from any muscles niggling or your brain chattering sometimes. Enjoy 👟🎊
