My 1st 5K Done it πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

Well on my W7R2 I got giddy and ran further by mistake .. I was changing music tracks and paused the app by accident but didn’t realise it at the time ended up running for about 30 minutes instead of the 25 πŸ˜‚ so on my 3rd run I download a app to see how far I was running .. I felt ok so carried on to see if I could manage 5K ... and I did itπŸ₯³ felt so good even though it took all I had at the time ... just need to repeat it now but not today

That first 5K is a fantastic feeling isn’t it? I know most advice says don’t worry about distance but 5K is a bit of a bragging point to tell all your friends that don’t know the concept of the program 🀘πŸ€ͺ🀘πŸ€ͺ

Yes it sure was 😊 I was tired but so close and not giving up 4 point something is not quite the same as I ran 5K is it ... juice and hot bath and stretches followed

Just take it very steadily...you did really well but it is best not too push too hard.

Follow the plan and head for those 30 minutes runs ..so close now..best not to risk injury:)

5K can be your Graduation run on Week 9..:)

Good advice πŸ‘ next week it’s 3 times 28 I will be doing them then the 30 on W9. I’m looking forward to gaining stamina and strength and maybe lose a bit of weight if I keep off the cake and chocolate πŸ˜‚

Well done Millie. Take your time though as you don't want to be on the injury couch before you've finished πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
