BIG thank you’s

I shall start by thanking everyone who supported me the other day when I’d had a run of bad runs. I set off on Thursday with a different mindset, no route as such just enjoyed running wherever my legs took me. It was great. 😁

I completed my 3rd Parkrun today with a pb of 37.54 much improved of the last 2 which were over 40 mins and felt soo tough. Admittedly though even without a pb it surprised me that I enjoyed the run at the time sand, hills and all. Who is this person that gets up for a run on a Saturday morning on the 1st day of the summer hols??

Anyone else here do hogmoor inclosure Parkrun?

Thank you stephen_uk. I’m hoping now that if I have a few slips of bad runs I can become a little more resilient to it xx
