College holidays... finally looking at myself and thinking what happened? Can’t keep using work as a excuse to avoid that middle age spread. W3 here we come - may need to swop running for swimming for a week - omg there I go again, but I’m pretty determined... did it once, definitely achievable AND they’ve started a Parkrun in my town waaaaaaaaaHHHH !! 🤣
